Choosing a caterer for your wedding is a big decision. You’ve been planning this day for months—if not longer—and partnering with the right company to make your day memorable and carefree is so important. We want to be that partner for you.
Here’s how we design your perfect day:
Step 1 – contact
Ready to reach out? Send us an e-mail, give us a call, or book a consultation here.
Step 2 – in-person consultation
Let’s meet! We want to make sure you feel comfortable with our team and services, which is why our in-person consultation is free of charge. Getting to know you and discovering what your vision is ensures we create that one-of-a-kind custom experience you’ve come to us for.
We will discuss:
- Venue
- Wedding planner
- Vendors
- Guest count
- Theme
- Food serving style, discussion of your custom menu
- Bar, open bar or ticket
step 3 – proposal
You’ve described your dreams to us and now we’ve put a detailed plan down on paper for you to review and tweak.
You’ll know exactly how much each service will cost—including service charges and taxes—so there will be no surprises to push you outside of your budget.
step 4 – tasting
We’ve been building up the hype about how the food we serve is an experience.
Now it’s time for you to embark on a trip of the senses and enjoy the culinary journey our chefs have created specifically for you.
- $100.00 per person, up to six guests
- The cost of two guests will be deducted from the invoice if you book with us!
step 5 – deposit
Secure the date and our services with a 25% non-refundable deposit.
We’re still able to alter the proposal once the deposit has been made. If you have a change of heart about one of the dishes or want to increase or decrease your guest list, you can!
step 6 – site visit
Organizing your big day is an all-hands-on-deck task, but we’re here to make it simple and stress-free.
At the site visit, we’ll determine the flow of your wedding, meet with your wedding planner (if you have one), and strategize with your vendors.
step 7 – the big day
The day is here! We’ll be busy creating delectable dishes for you and your guests to enjoy, taking the load of all those last minute details off your shoulders, and—of course—making this the day you’ve been dreaming of.
